Order accepted
An order confirmation should identify the operating business, order reference, delivery service purchased, and support page. It does not by itself show that stock is packed or dispatched.
Label created
A tracking number or electronic label can exist before the parcel reaches the carrier. Treat label creation and carrier acceptance as separate events when checking an express delivery claim.
Carrier accepted
The first physical carrier event is the useful dispatch proof. Its location and timestamp should be consistent with the Australian stock and service claims made before checkout.
Packaging matches the order
The parcel should preserve product identity and the record needed to distinguish one item or batch from another. Unlabelled items or unexplained packaging changes make the fulfilment trail harder to verify.
Support owns exceptions
If the parcel is delayed, missing, or different from the order, the seller should give one verified status and one next step. PEPTIDE LAB owns that support path for products discovered here.
